Response legitimacy
An answer is legitimate only when scope, support, provenance, authority, and output-fit are materially satisfied.
- Scope match
- Supportable public evidence
- Traceable provenance
- Applicable declared authority
- Output constraint fit
If any of these conditions fail, clarification, abstention, or legitimate non-response is the correct public outcome. See interpretive-governance.org and the association context at inferenslab.org.
